This is a new and final phase of a planned community - built over 12 yeas ago. Our goal is to offer affordable land, in an area where prices are skyrocketing, and yet retain the amenities and integrity of the established community. A Limited No. of lots are available.
Haciendas, Owner Operated Maintenance Association gives the owner use of the recently completed pool and clubhouse. There is also a community river walk/nature trail- located at the Northern end of Haciendas de Mar – which has natural swimming ponds much of the year. The Association employs a full time overseer, maintains the water system, roads, firebreaks, exterior fences, gives protection against squatters, and much more. Water is free – with a limited usage that is adequate for housing (The Maintenance Agreement outlines the specifics re: water usage and other regulations-including current maintenance fees – The Agreement is available upon request). Power is installed to the property sites.
This land offers the promise of substantial appreciation in value in the near future and also offers the opportunity to discover an exciting new lifestyle in a tropical paradise. All new projects in the area are priced much higher. These smaller affordable lots are hidden among the lush greenery and gentle rolling hills of Haciendas del Mar, where you will find many fruit, palm and old growth trees, in addition to the thousands of hardwood trees that were planted – beginning in 1994. In this unspoiled environment you will find an abundance of exotic birds, butterflies, and animals.
The peaceful village of San Juanillo is only minutes away by car and there is easy access to 7 of the most beautiful beaches that you will find anywhere. The protected bay to the west of the village is a must for snorkeling and scuba enthusiasts. The shell collector will find this beach paradise as well. Charter boat sport fishing or horseback riding along the beaches can easily be arranged. Spectacular sunsets are a daily experience. There are at least 5 new restaurants in close proximity to the ranch. San Juanillo has its own growing mini-market; and, with Santa Cruz to the North and Nosara to the south, any necessities or desired amenities are always close at hand.
